I hear distinct voices - single words, names shouted out to me and different sounds, from whispers to singing. It fits together like a puzzle sometimes. I can even sense and smell things associated with the Spirits when they were living . I've also experienced vivid dreams where I have premonitions on certain events. They could be a warning or something that is happening at that time or has just happened a little while before.
